TURN YOUR VISION INTO A DESIGN

Phase 1

Call and chat with us about your ideas so we can match you with the best design consultant for your vision, style and building requirements. You can meet in our office or they can visit you at home.

Your consultant will work with you to create a design, a quote and a construction plan. Once you are satisfied with the proposal, take care of the finances, approve the HIA standard contract and you are good to go. Your project manager will meet you on site to run through building stages, tell you what to expect and arrange demolition.

BUILDING YOUR NEW AND IMPROVED HOME

Phase 2

Now it’s time to remove the old and make way for the new. This is an exciting time for you and us. The building stages are achieved in line with the agreed timeframes. Completion day has arrived. YES!! We handover the keys to your new and improved home with our extended 10 year structural warranty.

This isn’t goodbye, we will be back in a few months for a maintenance check up. We take pride in our work, we like to see you enjoying your new home and we love to hear the comments from friends, family and neighbours.
