Physical activity and sport have always been a real passion of Josh’s, especially footy where he currently competes in the EFL. He also enjoys a wide range of cross-training activities including running, weights, Pilates & boxing. His competitive nature is especially present whenever a contest against Nick arises, where he enjoys besting him in any number of activities from hill sprints to Nintendo 64.
On top of his Masters degree in Osteopathy, Josh has completed further studies in workplace health and safety, ergonomics, Pilates and dry needling, bringing with him a well-rounded approach to treatment and management which he tailors to each individual.
Josh enjoys diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders including headaches, postural dysfunction, neck and back complaints. His love for sport, and involvement at both the amateur & semi-professional level, has led Josh to developing a real enthusiasm for treating sports-related injuries in conjunction with creating specific rehabilitation & management plans for his clients to help them achieve their optimal level of functioning.
Josh thrives on working with his clients towards achieving their goals in life (whatever they may be!) which he feels is strongly complimented by the elite level of care and multidisciplinary approach to management & treatment that the environment at 13th Beach Health Services provides.
