CONSULTATION

Our design consultant visits you in the comfort of your own home so you can discuss your dream renovation.

CONCEPT

Your extension and renovation needs are discussed and a design concept plus cost estimate is developed.

FEASIBILITY

A feasibility study is carried out to determine a concept plan based on council compliance.

WALKTHROUGH

When ready, the computer drawn concept plan of your home extension and renovation is presented in 3D at our studio.
Changes are done on the spot if desired and then re-costed for your approval.

PRE-LIM

"Preliminary Agreement" document is prepared, including specification & indicative cost.
You can now peruse the preliminary agreement prior to signing it and paying the prescribed fee to prepare full contract documentation.

MEASURE

A plan measure site visit is conducted on site with the project team.

PLAN

Working drawings, detailed specifications, engineer's computations, soil test & fixed price are prepared and presented to you for your perusal.

CONTRACT

The paperwork is signed and a deposit paid.

COUNCIL

Drawings & specifications submitted to council, building permits received.

BUILDING

Construction supervisor meets you on the site to arrange site commencement of the house extension and renovation.

COMPLETION

Completion Fixed completion date - our quality home extensions and renovations include a 10 year guarantee upon completion.
